Mission Statement
We, St. Hubert Youth Ministry, rooted in our Catholic faith, are reaching out to the teens of our community to help each other grow in understanding of our God, our Church, and each other through fellowship, prayer, and service to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

Summer Mission Trip 2012: It's time for our high school teens to begin making plans to become part of our Summer Mission Trip to Winnebago, Nebraska on July 22-28, 2012! Check out this Mission Trip 2012 Information sheet and fill out this Registration Sheet if you're up for the challenge! You can drop off registrations at the parish office.
