Elizabeth Ministry offers support, resources, prayers, and understanding to women during the joys and challenges of the childbearing years.
Presently, this ministry is inactive. We are seeking a leadership team.

Elizabeth Ministry Prayer
Creator God, I pledge to truly celebrate the gift of each child conceived and born, and fully mourn each miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, infant or child death. I will be a strong witness to my belief in the dignity and worth of all life, by treasuring the gift of fertility, by supporting those suffering infertility, by encouraging those in the adoption process, and by assisting families experiencing an infant or child crisis or need. I will be a strong and consistent voice for life in my home, my church, my community, and the world. Amen.
What is Elizabeth Ministry?
Elizabeth Ministry follows the example of the scripture story of the Visitation of Elizabeth and Mary by bringing women together who share a similar story.
Elizabeth Ministers:
Celebrate birth with parents and families
Give reassurance and advice to women who are pregnant, or caring for a newborn
Offer support to women dealing with infertility or a childless lifestyle
Reach out to women who experience a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death
Respond at times of infant and child crisis
Assist parents involved in the adoptive process
Offer support and encouragement to grandparents
What We Do
Elizabeth Ministers are matched with women they are to visit according to their areas of experience. They make a personal visit in the name of the church community. The Elizabeth Minister brings a special gift from the parish to the person they are visiting. Follow-up contacts are made as needed by phone, email, and other visits.
How Can You Help?
Elizabeth Ministers are women who visit with a woman who is going through an experience they themselves have previously experienced. Minimal training is needed and visits are set up at your own convenience.
